Employee Scheduling App to Debut at #CSES_2014

Las Vegas, NV – Beginning on March 23rd, the annual Catersource convention kicks off at the Las Vegas convention center. This annual event includes education, parties, and a tradeshow with hundreds of vendors showing off their wares to 7,000 attendees from the hospitality, event planning and catering industries.

For the first time this year, Schedulehead.com will be on the scene to debut their employee scheduling app. The app was designed specifically to automate the burdensome staff scheduling process that event-based businesses must deal with.

For CEO Derick Dorner the decision to go to CSES 2014 was obvious: “The Catersource tradeshow contains three of our target verticals and has thousands of attendees who could easily be converted to customers. We have set extremely achievable goals, with the aim of getting 500 active users out of the experience.”

About Schedulehead – Schedulehead is a newly released employee scheduling program that replaces the need for a human scheduler. It operates based around a patent-pending algorithm that allows the program to follow the same decision making process that a human scheduler would. It not only schedules employees for shifts, but also rewards them for doing a good job and penalizes them for being late, not showing up or not performing well.

Local Impact – Assuming all goals for the tradeshow are met, this startup will find itself in a financial position to fast track previous plans for expansion, new R+D and expedite the hiring process. Planning to add as many as 25 jobs over the next year and bringing nearly a million dollars into the local economy.
