Welcome to Schedulehead, this how Onstage Systems will now be scheduling your shifts.
There are several ways to get scheduled for shifts and view your schedule.
You are already setup to get scheduled via text message, or you can download the app, or check the website, http://onstagesystems.schedulehead.com
To download the app, on an iPhone, go to the App store, and search for Schedulehead (or click here). On Android, go to your Play store and search for Schedulehead (or click here). The login information for the app is the same as for the website.
If you have an email address:
If you haven’t given us your email, you can reply to the welcome text and provide your email address. (The welcome text has the link you clicked on to get here). The system will then create an account and email you your login details.
An email address is required to login and use the extra features, but you can always get shifts just through text messages. Logging in gives you the ability to check for new work, update your information and more. The best way to access the account is to visit the website and login there, however, if you use the app your username and password are the same as the website. An account has already been created for you. Your login username will always be the email address you provide, and your password should have already been emailed to you.
If you DON’T have an email address:
If you don’t have an email address, you can still get scheduled for shifts via text message and are already setup to do so. Logging in to your account just provides access to extra features.
Schedulehead’s Texting Robot
Schedulehead will text you asking if you’d like to pickup a shift.
The texting conversation between you and the Schedulehead robot will look like this:
- The Schedulehead robot will automatically text you asking if you’d like to work. Within this message is a unique, 3 character code.
- Respond by texting back that code to get more information about that shift.
- If you’d like to request to work it, respond with Yes.
- Now you’ve applied to work that shift, a manager will receive your request.
- The system will text you back the status of your request.
Schedulehead keeps track of your performance when working. This means that after every shift worked, a supervisor will review your performance. These reviews build up and have an impact on how many shifts you are offered to work. Like always, arriving late or no-showing will have a negative impact on your reviews.
Bailout of Shifts
Schedulehead allows you to bail out of shifts as long as it’s at least 48 hours before your call time.
If you have an emergency, and need to bail out with less than 48 hours notice, you will need to Text Jacqueline at (214) 763-1781, Please make sure she responds to the text and confirms you are removed
